Yes. We work with most third-party extended warranty companies to handle your claims and get you back on the road.
28. Can I bring my own parts?
Generally, no. To honor our 3-Year/36k Warranty, we must supply the parts to ensure they are not counterfeit or incorrect.
29. Do you provide estimates?
Always. We will never perform a repair without your approval. We provide a detailed estimate for parts and labor before any work begins.
30. Is the staff pushy?
No, we are not known to be pushy. We are very honest and transparent. Because of our knowledge and expertise, most of the time we will uncover the truth about the car, which we share with the customer. It is the customer’s decision to proceed with whatever work they want after being properly educated about their options.
