The shop has been extremely busy this year. Currently, we are booking 2-4 weeks out for normal service appointments. Emergency appointments we will always take in sooner. We ask if you can please plan ahead if possible when scheduling your next appointment for your Audi or Volkswagen.
Grouping Services & Repairs 🛠
We recommend grouping services and repairs within the same appointment. For example: If your state inspection is due next month, or you are 800 miles away from an oil change, plan to take care of these services a little early within one appointment. The more we can do within the same appointment makes it more convenient for you as well as us.
Loaner Cars 🚗
Our fleet of 9 loaner cars is extremely popular. In the event, you are on the schedule for a loaner car and we do not have one for your appointment, we will notify you the day before to let you know. We can simply reschedule your appointment for a later date. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this busy time.
