Reflex Tuning is located in Hooksett, NH – right off Exit 1, we are easily accessible from Manchester and the surrounding areas.

Starting pay for this position ranges from $13-$15/hr, with many raises to come as you progress.

Job Description

The automotive shop helper and detailer is an essential job role needed in order for the shop to run efficiently. Some of the daily duties are as followed:

• • Move vehicles in and out of the shop as needed. (being able to drive standard is important)
  • Assist technicians as needed. Setting up vehicles on the lifts, retrieving parts, moving wheels and tires, prepping parts to reinstallation, etc.
  • Ensure shop floor and work areas are clean.
  • Take out trash and recycling
  • Wash, vacuum, and clean customer and loaner vehicles.

How many bays do you have?

We currently have 5 bays and an alignment rack

How many employees work at Reflex Tuning?

There are typically 5-8 employees that make up the team at Reflex. 3-4 technicians, 1-2 service advisors, 1 technician apprentice, and 2 dogs. Please visit our team’s about us page on the website to see who you will be working with!

What time do I have to get there and when do I leave?

The shop is open M-Th 7am-5.30pm.  You will never be asked to work on the weekend! Weekends are for friends and family!

What type of equipment do you have?

We believe in having the best equipment and tools needed. No expense is spared. We have state of the art equipment including factory diagnostic equipment (Odis), new Hunter alignment machine, new Hunter tire mounting and balancing machine.

Does the shop have heat and A/C?

Yes! The shop is climate controlled with heat and air conditioning. You will be comfortable working year round!

Do you provide training?

Yes! The goal is to have all employees grow and becoming more educated in what they do.
