Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged in writing.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved checks. Returned checks may incur additional fees.
Parts and labor warranties are subject to manufacturer and internal shop policies, which may vary by service type.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Special-order parts, diagnostic fees, and completed labor are non-refundable once service has been performed or parts have been installed.

By contacting us through our website, phone, or text message, you consent to receive communications from Reflex Tuning, including service reminders, appointment confirmations, and follow-ups. You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” or contacting us directly.
