From One Lift to a Full Shop
Reflex started in 2007 with one lift and a simple idea: Audi and VW owners deserved better than the dealership experience. No strangers working on your car. No upselling. No surprises.
What began as a one-bay shop has grown into a full-service facility in Hooksett, NH — but the philosophy hasn’t changed. Same team every visit. Honest communication. And a shop where we know every car and customer by name.

The People Behind the Service
Heather
Owner & Service Advisor
Heather is the sole owner of Reflex Automotive. She answers every phone call, writes every repair order, and knows every customers — and their cars — by name. When you call Reflex, you're talking to the owner. Heather graduated from Quinnipac University where she played division one soccer. In her free time she still plays indoor soccer and also loves to play golf (maybe a little too much).
Mike
Lead Technician
Mike has been with Reflex for over a decade and specializes in Audi and Volkswagen diagnostics. He's the one behind your digital inspection photos and videos — and the reason all repairs get done right the first time. In Mike's free time he enjoys spending time with his family. He also has a maple syrup business. Customer's enjoy purchasing his syrup when we have it available.
Matt
Technician
Matt handles everything from routine maintenance to complex drivetrain and engine work. Customers know him for his attention to detail and for always taking the time to do the job properly. In his free time Matt enjoys snowboarding, dirt bike riding, and is very talented in building model trains.
Mateo & Nash
Official Greeters
Every good shop needs a welcoming committee. Mateo and Nash handle quality control on belly rubs and make sure nobody leaves without a smile. Both pups are rescues from Puerto Rico
