Digital Vehicle Inspections: See What We See
Every service visit includes a digital inspection with photos and video of your car — sent straight to your phone so you see exactly what we see.
How Our Digital Inspections Work
Vehicle Inspection
Your technician checks brakes, tires, fluids, belts, hoses, suspension, undercarriage, lights, battery, and other critical systems.
Photo & Video Documentation
Every component is documented visually — both the areas that look good and any areas that need attention. Not a vague checklist. Actual images of your actual vehicle.
Report Sent to Your Phone
You receive a link to your complete digital inspection report. Each item includes the photo or video, a description, and our recommendation.
You Decide
Heather reviews the findings with you and answers every question. If additional work is recommended, you'll see the evidence and approve an estimate before anything is done. All work is backed by our 3-year / 36,000-mile warranty.

I noticed some vibration in my steering wheel...The service I received to inspect front suspension and overall get a report on what my car needs to remain road ready was top notch...They provided pictures and videos...When has an Audi dealer EVER done that?! I traveled to NH for the week and noticed some vibration in my steering wheel north of 65 mph. I searched for an Audi indie shop in the area and chose RT because another indie Audi/VW shop could not fit me in their schedule. I am glad they could not. The service I received to balance and rotate my tires, inspect front suspension and overall get a report on what my cars needs to remain road ready was top notch. I perform basic maintenance to my vehicle and also work in the maintenance management field and to see the same tactics I employ in the field being used in an indie repair shop was comforting. I was able to drive home without worrying about being stranded roadside with a suspension issue. My SUV drove much smoother on the way home and I have already ordered the parts I need to make the necessary repairs. The service, professionalism and cost of services at RT far exceeds what I have experienced at an Audi 'stealership'. They provided pictures and videos of issues relating to why I brought the car in, as well as some other items in need of attention. Including a phone call to walk me through all photos and videos. When has an Audi dealer EVER done that?! Bravo Zulu to the RT crew!!! You have earned a customer (if I need it during a visit) through your professionalism, technical acumen and knowledge of Audi vehicles. Thank you for showing an 'out of towner' what 'customer service' is truly about and not attempting to rob me blind in the process.
