Not always. We measure rotor thickness and check for runout (warping) on every inspection. If your rotors are within the manufacturer's minimum thickness spec and the surface is in good condition, pads-only is the right call. We'll never recommend rotor replacement unless the numbers say it's needed — and if they do, we show you the measurements and explain why. Our digital inspection documents everything.
