Build Your Career at Reflex Automotive

We're a small team that does big work. If you take pride in your craft, want to work on interesting vehicles, and value a shop where quality matters more than volume, we'd like to hear from you.

Why Reflex

What Makes Working Here Different

Reflex Automotive isn't a production shop. We don't push volume. We don't cut corners to hit a number. Every vehicle gets the time it needs, and every technician gets the support to do the job right.

Heather built this shop in 2007 on a simple idea: treat every car like it's your own. That philosophy extends to how we treat the people who work here.

You'll work mostly on Audis & VWs. You'll go home knowing the work you did today was done right.

Benefits & Perks
  • 4-day work week — Monday through Thursday, every week
  • Health insurance
  • Dental insurance
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Free gas card for commuting
  • Free lunches on Thursdays
Quality Over Volume

We'd rather do five jobs right than ten jobs fast. Your work carries a 3-year warranty — we give you the time to earn it.

Real Equipment

Factory-spec diagnostic tools, OEM parts standard, proper shop equipment. No makeshift solutions.

Small Team, Big Trust

You'll know every person here by name. Heather runs the front, you run the bay. No corporate layers, no service writer games.

Life at Reflex

A Shop That Feels Like Home

We're not going to pretend we have a ping-pong table or free kombucha. What we have is a clean shop, good equipment, interesting cars, and people who actually like coming to work. The dogs wander the shop. Heather brings lunch sometimes. When a tough diagnostic finally clicks, the whole team knows about it. We've had technicians here for years because they don't want to leave. That says more than any job posting.
