No. Federal law (the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act) protects your right to have your vehicle serviced at the independent shop of your choice. Going to an independent shop like Reflex Automotive does not void your factory warranty. Learn more on our Keep Your Warranty page.
Absolutely not. We use OEM parts on every repair and perform all service to manufacturer specifications. Your factory warranty remains fully intact. Read our full warranty details.
We are not a franchised dealership. We are an independent repair shop that specializes in Audi and Volkswagen service. We use the same diagnostic tools and OEM parts as the dealer.

Service & Maintenance

Every service visit includes a comprehensive digital inspection. Your technician photographs and videos key components — brakes, tires, fluid levels, suspension, belts, undercarriage, and more — and sends the report directly to your phone. You see exactly what's in good shape and what may need attention.
We recommend every 5,000 miles, especially for Audi and VW vehicles with turbocharged engines. Manufacturers recommend 10,000-mile intervals, but nearly two decades of real-world experience shows that shorter intervals keep your turbo protected and engine internals clean. We use Castrol oil on every oil change.
Not at all. We provide a free loaner car so you can go about your day. We call you as soon as your vehicle is ready.
Of course. We work on vehicles regardless of where they've been serviced before. We get to know your vehicle from our own thorough digital inspection.

Warranty & Payment

Our warranty covers both parts and labor on the work we perform. If a part we installed fails or a repair we completed doesn't hold up within 3 years or 36,000 miles — whichever comes first — we make it right at no additional cost. The industry standard is a 1-year/12,000-mile warranty.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and checks. We also offer financing for larger repairs.

You can book online or call us at (603) 207-4004. We are open Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
When you schedule your service, let us know you'd like a loaner. When you drop off your vehicle, we hand you the keys to a clean, reliable loaner. Use it for the day or longer if your repair takes multiple days. No charge, no rental paperwork.
Yes. If you need to leave your vehicle before our 7:00 AM opening time, let us know when scheduling. We arrange a key drop-off process.
