Reflex Tuning Office Makeover – Hooksett, NH
We’ve been in our Hooksett, New Hampshire location for about 15 years now, and it was time for a refresh!
During COVID, we transformed our waiting room into a large parts room and break room for our team. With Audi and Volkswagen vehicles, following the proper maintenance schedule often means more than just an oil change. That’s why we decided to expand our loaner car fleet instead of keeping a traditional waiting area.
Let’s be honest — who really wants to sit for an hour or two while their car is being serviced? Our loaner cars make it easy and convenient to drop off your vehicle and get on with your day.
Bringing in Some Color
For our new entrance, we added a pop of bright yellow vinyl to the walls, replaced the floor runner, and brought in mid-century modern chairs with a sleek side table. We also picked up some carefully chosen décor to pull it all together. The result? A crisp, clean, and modern entrance that’s both welcoming and professional.
Supporting Local Art & Businesses
The two standout pieces of artwork you’ll see when you walk in came from Migweldedmetalgifts, an Etsy artist right here in Massachusetts. They’re made entirely from nuts, bolts, and spark plugs — and we couldn’t resist! They’re a perfect fit for our Audi and VW repair shop’s vibe.
We’ve always been committed to supporting local businesses when we can — just like we encourage our customers to support independent repair shops over dealerships.
