Suspension Service

Clunks, rattles, pulling, bouncing — your suspension tells you when something's wrong. We diagnose and repair shocks, struts, control arms, ball joints, sway bar links, and bushings for Audi, VW, and all makes.

What We Do

Restore Your Ride Quality

A worn suspension doesn't just make your car uncomfortable — it affects braking distance, tire wear, and handling. We inspect, diagnose, and repair every component so your car drives the way it should.

Suspension repair at Reflex Automotive Hooksett NH

Shocks & Struts

Worn shocks and struts cause bouncing, nose-diving under braking, and uneven tire wear. We replace them with OEM-quality components matched to your vehicle.

Control Arms & Ball Joints

Clunking over bumps, wandering steering, and uneven tire wear often trace back to worn control arms or ball joints. We inspect and replace what's actually failed — not the whole assembly if only one part needs it.

Alignment After Suspension Work

Every suspension repair includes a wheel alignment check. New parts with old alignment settings means the problem comes back.

3-Year / 36,000-Mile Warranty

Every suspension repair is backed by our warranty with OEM-quality parts. We stand behind the work.

Audi & VW Specialty
European Suspension Expertise

Audi and VW suspension systems use complex multi-link designs that general shops often misdiagnose. We have the factory tools and experience to properly inspect and repair air suspension, adaptive dampers, and sport suspension setups.

I noticed some vibration in my steering wheel...The service I received to inspect front suspension and overall get a report on what my car needs to remain road ready was top notch...They provided pictures and videos...When has an Audi dealer EVER done that?! I traveled to NH for the week and noticed some vibration in my steering wheel north of 65 mph. I searched for an Audi indie shop in the area and chose RT because another indie Audi/VW shop could not fit me in their schedule. I am glad they could not. The service I received to balance and rotate my tires, inspect front suspension and overall get a report on what my cars needs to remain road ready was top notch. I perform basic maintenance to my vehicle and also work in the maintenance management field and to see the same tactics I employ in the field being used in an indie repair shop was comforting. I was able to drive home without worrying about being stranded roadside with a suspension issue. My SUV drove much smoother on the way home and I have already ordered the parts I need to make the necessary repairs. The service, professionalism and cost of services at RT far exceeds what I have experienced at an Audi "stealership". They provided pictures and videos of issues relating to why I brought the car in, as well as some other items in need of attention. Including a phone call to walk me through all photos and videos. When has an Audi dealer EVER done that?! Bravo Zulu to the RT crew!!! You have earned a customer (if I need it during a visit) through your professionalism, technical acumen and knowledge of Audi vehicles. Thank you for showing an "out of towner" what "customer service" is truly about and not attempting to rob me blind in the process.

FAQ

Suspension Questions, Answered

Common signs: clunking or rattling over bumps, the car bouncing excessively, pulling to one side, uneven tire wear, or a rough ride that wasn't there before. If something feels different, it probably is.
Yes. We service air suspension systems on Audi Q7, A8, Allroad, and other models. Air springs, compressors, valve blocks, and height sensors — we diagnose and repair all of it.
Almost always. Any suspension repair that affects the geometry of the wheel — control arms, tie rods, struts — requires a wheel alignment afterward. We handle that in-house on our Hunter Hawkeye Elite.
It depends on what's worn. A pair of struts is different from a full set of control arms. We diagnose first, show you photos of what's failed, and give you a clear quote before any work begins. Call us at (603) 207-4004.
Yes — a free loaner car is included with every visit. Suspension repairs typically take a day, so you'll have one of our cars while yours is in the shop.
Yes. We specialize in Audi and VW suspension systems, but we service Toyota, Honda, Subaru, Jeep, BMW, Porsche, Mercedes and more with the same attention to detail. Learn more about our general auto repair services.
