I noticed some vibration in my steering wheel...The service I received to inspect front suspension and overall get a report on what my car needs to remain road ready was top notch...They provided pictures and videos...When has an Audi dealer EVER done that?! I traveled to NH for the week and noticed some vibration in my steering wheel north of 65 mph. I searched for an Audi indie shop in the area and chose RT because another indie Audi/VW shop could not fit me in their schedule. I am glad they could not. The service I received to balance and rotate my tires, inspect front suspension and overall get a report on what my cars needs to remain road ready was top notch. I perform basic maintenance to my vehicle and also work in the maintenance management field and to see the same tactics I employ in the field being used in an indie repair shop was comforting. I was able to drive home without worrying about being stranded roadside with a suspension issue. My SUV drove much smoother on the way home and I have already ordered the parts I need to make the necessary repairs. The service, professionalism and cost of services at RT far exceeds what I have experienced at an Audi "stealership". They provided pictures and videos of issues relating to why I brought the car in, as well as some other items in need of attention. Including a phone call to walk me through all photos and videos.
